GENERAL
- Just because a proposal has been sent in, does not guarantee the client a spot. As the artist, I have the right to decline a proposal I do not feel comfortable with or I feel as if I'm unable to complete. You may reach out before submitting a request to see if I can complete said request.
- I have the rights to cancel a commission for whatever reason, explanation may not be provided or little to no context.
- A client must be prepared to pay extra fees if a character comes with complex features or requests. Improper reference and lack of visual guidance may also come with extra fees
- Do not ask for a different style from the ones that I, the artist, is offering. And understand that there may be minor differences from examples, especially for SKEB-Like requests.
- Editing the artwork that I, the artist, have created is not permitted without consent. If changes are required (Such as a Canvas Resize), please do not be afraid to reach out.
- As the artist, I retain the full rights to a completed art piece, you are allowed to the use the work in whatever way you have purchased (I.E - Personal Use only). Full rights can possibly be purchased if discussed properly with an additional fee on top.
- Do not edit out any small signatures that may be present on the art piece, it shouldn't be visible and shouldn't get in the way. If you feel like it does, I can try to make it less visible but still present.
- YOU ABSOLUTELY MAY NOT use my Artwork to Train A.I. (Artificial Intelligence) models , produce products involving Crypto (I.E - NFTs) with my completed work or use my artwork in scams.
- As the Artist, I will do my best to keep active contact with you during the process, unless a SKEB Product. If any issues arise (Such as having to delay a commission due to personal issues) - you will be contacted.What I'm Comfortable Drawing:

- Payment must be made after the sketch has been confirmed, if this is not done, the artist will not continue the commission until payment has been completed.
- Failure to complete payment entirely will lead to your proposal being cancelled and no further progress will be made.
- Certain products may allowed for 50% upfront and 50% upon completion payments, this should be discussed first before a proposal is sent
- Payment will be completed through V-Gen Payment only
- Payment plans can be discussed on projects over £120
- If a Proposal has been accepted and the client has not paid within 72 hours, the artist has the right to cancel the requestREVISIONS
- 3 Major Revisions can be made on the Sketch Phase depending on the type of product. If no progress is made after this, the proposal will be cancelled.
- 5 Minor revisions can be made past the Sketch Phase without charge, any further minor revisions may require an extra fee (+£2-£3 per extra minor revision).
- Major Revisions may require an extra fee (+£5-£10, dependant on size of the revision) once past the sketch phase. A client has two Major Revisions depending on what it is they wish changed.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
- The Final Product will be delivered purely through digital means
- There will be no option for physical product for the artwork, and the client does not need to pay for any form of delivery or shipping
- If a client has requested a Custom Design commission, the final product can be sent to the persons Toyhou.se as an additional extra. As well as sent on other platforms if asked or provided.
- Normal Turnaround time usually ranges from 2 weeks to 2 months depending on the request and the type of commission and where the person is in queue.
- If the artist for some reason takes longer than the mentioned time, the client will be informed appropriately of this.As the artist, I will do my best to provide active updates if the commission type is not SKEB-Like. This means you will be promptly updated if a big update has been made on something like Sketch, Lineart, Colour or Rendering (If applicable). Please do not keep prodding the artist for updates, they will come, however if no updates have been provided in 2 weeks, you may ask.My Work Days are usually whenever I am free during the week (Monday to Friday) from 5:00PM-10:00PM GMT+0 (United Kingdom/Greenwich Mean Time). Sometimes I, Mythiclys, may work on the weekend if I am in the mood for it, but as a human being I even need breaks and days off.USE
- The basic commission type is Personal Use. This means you may use the artwork for personal social medias like Profile Picture and Banner, PC/Mobile device background/wallpaper. You may also print the artwork for posters, personal prints or things like Key-chains as long as they are not distributed via monetary means.
- Personal Use Commissions may not be resold and used for merchandising, commercial usage, monetized content, etc.
- You, the client, are allowed to post finished artwork (Preferably the watermarked version) on your social medias as long as appropriate credit is given to me, the artist. This can be done by linking one of my Social Medias or V-Gen.
- Monetized Content can be purchased and this allows the client to use the completed artwork for business related Social Media, Video content, Twitch Emojis, etc.
- Commercial Usage can be purchased and this allows the client to use the completed artwork for merchandise that is sold such as Keychains, Posters and Shirts. Usage for things like Video Games and Comics should be further discussed before submitting a Proposal.
- You may not heavily edit the piece, you may not trace or heavily reference the artwork I have created for you. You may not claim the piece as your own creation.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
- I, Mythiclys, own the full rights to the artwork created of your character. do not attempt to claim it as your own creation.
- The Artwork may be used as a Portfolio Example unless an NDA fee has been purchased and signed.
- The Artist, Mythiclys, does not usually display W.I.P.s (Work in Progress) art pieces publicly, but in case this may happen, you can say no to this in the request form.
- Credit will be given appropriately to the characters within the art piece when displayed publicly in any way.
- You, as the client, have permission to use the artwork for your own personal usage (Profile picture, banner, pagedoll, etc) after the product has been completed and delivered.
- DO NOT remove the signature from the art piece, it shouldn't be in the way of the drawing entirely, I try my best to hide it from the plain eye.
- If the signature is too obvious (Meaning you can see it as clear as day when zoomed out), this can be fixed for free.REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
- Since Payment is not due until the Sketch is confirmed (Unless stated otherwise on the commission type), refunds will never have an 100% return.
- Cleaned Sketch (If applicable) will return 75% if refunded is requested at this stage.
- Outline will return 50% if refund is requested at this stage
- Flat Colour is not able to be refunded due to it essentially being a 'finished piece' at this stage.
- When it comes to shading add-on, this extra pricing can be returned to you depending on the type of Commission, if its an illustration this is not possible.
- Special Commission Types such as Sticker Styled Pagedolls and SKEB-Like are not able to be refunded due to the type of commission it is.
- If you, the client, are displeased with the result of an art piece, you can not be refunded. I, as the artist, at this point, is willing to work with you fix the issue if it is possible. For example, certain lighting aspects may be possibly changed, or smaller things like missing Jewellery or small aspects of a character present in the piece.- You are allowed to cancel a commission at the sketch stage with no issues whatsoever, it is your right to back out as no transaction should have occurred at this point. Cancellation can not be done after payment is made for something that is SKEB-Like.
- If you cancel a commission later on and come back, then cancel it again and this continuously seems to occur. You will be blacklisted from commissioning me in the future, as it is just a waste of both our time and gets neither of us nowhere.COMMUNICATION
As the Artist, I will do my best to keep in contact with you, the client, as frequently as possible. This means I will do my best to actively communicate progress and any necessary updates when needed. For SKEB-Like Commissions, no communication will take place besides the basic proposal and the final product. If any issues occur with communication on my end, for example, if I take more than 2 weeks to give you any form of update, please feel free to message me without issue.If a proposal has been sent in or you have messaged me, I will do my best to get to you within 72 hours of either being sent. At maximum, it will take a week before I get to your proposal depending on my status. I the artist, will be respectful to your request and will do my best to fulfil said request if accepted.As the Client, you are expected to be patient and understand that things may take time to be completed depending on the length of my queue and what the project is. Any form of verbal abuse or disrespect towards the me, the artist, will not tolerated and may lead to cancellation of the proposal or progress will be stopped entirely. You will be refunded if misconduct occurs (Depending on the stage I am with the artwork), you will be given what has been completed and communication will cease indefinitely.- If I have sent an update to you or request certain information or require feedback and you do not respond within a week. I will either cancel the commission, depending on the stage, or continue working on the proposal if nothing has been necessarily requiring feedback (Such as updates for example - "I have completed the Linework, I will be moving onto colour.").
- Communication will not be given if it is a SKEB-Like Product, do not reach out unless the deadline has passed. Do not contact me until the final product has been delivered for whatever reason, revision requests for SKEB-Like will be ignored for the most part. (Unless I have missed something like a Tattoo or small design aspect on accident).

Hello! You can call me Mythiclys! I'm a 21 year old student currently studying Games Design! I specialise in Character Concept Art although I am doing my best to learn whatever areas I can in this field. The main genre I work in is Fantasy and DND but I also enjoy working with Sci-fi, Horror and Dystopian when the time is right.In my free time I am mostly working on artwork involving my own Characters that i've been creating over the years. Such as those within the Grim's Timeline which is one of my passion projects which I can hopefully turn parts of into a comic someday.Otherwise, i'm just hanging out with my friends and playing video games!
