Terms and ConditionsREAD BEFORE COMMISSIONING

General:- Payment is either done through ko-fi or paypal
- Payment is done 100% upfront after the rough sketch has been confirmed.

- I have the right to decline commissions that I am not comfortable with
- If you are unsure if i'd accept your request or not, please reach out to me before sending in an official request
- do not remove the signature from completed commissions. It shouldn't get in the way.
You will be provided with unwatermarked version and the watermarked version
- As the artist I will do my best to keep you updated, but please be patient with me as I do have education priorities.
- My Usual Turn Around Time is 1-2 weeks from when you are up in queue but it could reach up to a month depending on personal matters.
- Depending on the piece, I may ask if I am allowed to use the commission for Portfolio purposes.CORRECTIONS:
- Corrections are allowed to be done during the sketch phase. There is a limit to this and I for some reason still aren't getting what you want, I will just cancel the commission as at this point I shouldn't have been paid.
- If corrections need to be made later on in the artwork, the first two will be free and further will be an extra +£2-£5 depending on scale.CANCELLATIONS // COMMUNICATION:- You are allowed to cancel a commission at the sketch stage with no issues whatsoever, it is your right to back out as no transaction should have occurred at this point.
- If you cancel a commission later on and come back, then cancel it again and this continuously seems to occur, you will be blacklisted from my commissioning me in the future, as it is just a waste of both our time and gets neither of us nowhere.
- Communication is important between the Client and the Commissioned person, if communication is infrequent and I do not get a response within a week at max if your feedback is required, you will be given one last warning or the commission will be stopped, you will be given what was finished and an appropriate refunded amount according to the policy. But you will be blacklisted. (When Commissioning through DMs please include the word Koifish)
- I am allowed to Cancel a commission if you, the client, are being extremely rude to me. This means calling me insults and being disrespectful to the work without valid Constructive Criticism. You will also be blacklisted from further commissions and refunded the amount as per my Refund policy.
COPYRIGHT // ART USAGE:
- I own the full rights to the artwork created of your character. do not attempt to claim it as your own creation.
- You own the rights to use the artwork for your own personal usage (Profile picture, banner, pagedoll, etc)
- If you plan on using the artwork for Commercial (Selling merchandise, prints, etc). this needs to be properly discussed beforehand and an extra charge of +120% will be added onto the price at base.
If its for something relating to V-Tubing and general Monetized Content, an extra +50% will be added onto the price.
- DO NOT remove the signature from the art piece, it shouldn't be in the way of the drawing entirely, I try my best to hide it from the plain eye.
- If the signature is too clear, I can fix this for free.POSTING/SHARING:- You are allowed to post finished artwork (Preferably watermarked version) on your social medias as long as appropriate credit is given by either tagging me if I have an account on that website or linking my Tumblr or Toyhou.se (Mythiclys)
Removal of the Signature will result in a Blacklist from commissions and adoptable purchase.
- In addition to this, artwork you have commissioned from me should NOT be claimed as your own, you may not trace, heavily edit (Minor text additions are fine for things like Reference Sheets) or fail to properly credit you will be blacklisted.
- You are not allowed to use artwork I have created for you to train A.I Models and to promote Crypto and other Scams. I do not tolerate the use of my artwork for nefarious means.REFUNDING:- Since Payment is not due until the Sketch is confirmed (Unless stated otherwise on the commission type), refunds will never have an 100% return.
- Cleaned Sketch (If applicable) will return 75% if refunded is requested at this stage.
- Outline will return 50% if refund is requested at this stage
- Flat Colour is not able to be refunded due to it essentially being a 'finished piece' at this stage.
- When it comes to shading add-on, this extra pricing can be returned to you depending on the type of Commission, if its an illustration this is not possible.
- Special Commission Types such as Sticker Styled Pagedolls are non-refundable due to the type of commission it is.Last Updated: 06/10/2025

Although I will do the occasional Sci-fi and Dystopia.I play video games such as Roblox, Risk of Rain 2, Rainworld and Baldurs Gate 3 in my free time.
